About The Position
EA Family Services is seeking a Wraparound Family Specialist serving families in the San Joaquin County area. EA is a non-profit foster family agency with offices throughout Northern California. We have provided safe and caring homes for foster youth as well as support for our young adults who are transitioning out of foster care for the past 40 years.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Combination of professional experience and personal insights that enable them to support families
- Certification and/or training in family engagement
- Certification and/or training in trauma-informed care
Responsibilities
- Crisis planning
- Providing 24/7 support to stabilize family dynamics
- Connecting families with community resources and natural supports
- Working with the therapist to practice interventions
