Wound Care/ Treatment Nurse (RN or LVN) - Weekends

We are looking for a skilled Wound Care/ Treatment Nurse to become part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to come join our team and be a vital link between our patients, nurses and other facility staff!
Requirements
- Must have a current and valid LVN or RN nursing license or a current and valid LVN or RN license from a Compact Party State.
- Healthcare experience (Skilled Nursing) is a must.
- The Applicant MUST be fully Covid Vaccinated. FULLY vaccinated includes 1 booster shot OR be able to provide a medical or religious exemption before hire or during the interview process.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing a Plus.
- Certified Wound Care/ Treatment Nurse A PLUS
Responsibilities
- Supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with Community policies and procedures.
- Assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action.
- Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
- Participate in coaching/discipline, hiring and termination decisions of direct care staff.
- Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
- Implement Community procedures to provide resident care.
