About The Position

Tattnall Health Center is hiring a Wound Care RN to observe and implement care of residents in a skilled nursing setting and provide continuity of care between shifts. The RN performs professional nursing duties consistent with their qualifications and training, as well as non-professional nursing duties as necessary. The role maintains quality resident care in compliance with established policies and procedures, Residents' Bill of Rights, and resident care policies. The RN is expected to set an example in general hygiene, resident approach, and activities, and to be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, families, visitors, and fellow employees.

Requirements

• Valid Georgia Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Organized, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities
