About The Position

TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is hiring a Wound Care RN to observe and implement care of residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role is responsible for continuing resident care between shifts and performing professional nursing duties as determined by the employee’s qualifications and training, as well as non-professional nursing duties as necessary. The RN maintains quality resident care in compliance with established policies and procedures, Residents’ Bill of Rights, and resident care policies. The RN also sets an example for professional and non-professional staff in general hygiene, resident approach, and activities, and is expected to be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, families, visitors, and fellow employees at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Georgia Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities
