About The Position

Mobile Wound Care Provider – Elevate Clinical Excellence with NIVA Health. NIVA Health invites skilled wound care leaders to further their careers with our Mobile Wound Care Division. This role involves delivering comprehensive wound care utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound, directly to patients in their homes and local facilities. The position offers greater clinical autonomy and a pivotal role in evaluating and managing complex wound cases. You will also share your knowledge by collaborating with and guiding less experienced providers, supporting team development and continuously raising the clinical bar. Additionally, you will contribute to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements that advance patient outcomes across multiple states. NIVA Health leads with non-invasive solutions and a forward-thinking clinical model, having served over 50,000 patients.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
• Commitment to innovation and quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement
• Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment
