About The Position
Skilled Wound Care is a leading national wound care physician group in Roanoke, VA, seeking motivated and driven Surgeons and Physicians of all backgrounds to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage patient outcomes based on clinical expertise and direction, making a real difference in the lives of patients with chronic wounds. The position involves providing comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue. Comprehensive physician wound care training is provided, including 36 hours of company-provided CME, conferences, workshops, and online courses. The role emphasizes a supportive environment with camaraderie and opportunities to connect with colleagues. Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- No requirement to have completed a full residency program.
- No requirement to be Board Certified/Eligible.
- An active/Unrestricted Virginia Medical License is required.

- Excellent compensation: Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 -$300,000 annually. Earn up to $400,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.
