About The Position

Skilled Wound Care is a leading national wound care physician group in Roanoke, VA, seeking motivated and driven Surgeons and Physicians of all backgrounds to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage patient outcomes based on clinical expertise and direction, making a real difference in the lives of patients with chronic wounds. Physicians will provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
An active/Unrestricted Virginia Medical License is required.
You do not need to have completed a full residency program.
You do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible.

Responsibilities

Manage patient outcomes based on clinical expertise and direction.
Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities.
Utilize the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue.
