About The Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Riverview Regional Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare in Gadsden, AL. The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding.
Requirements
- MSN with specialization as an ARNP
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- BLS upon hire and maintain current
- Previous experience with electronic health record.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
Responsibilities
- The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding.
- Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories.
- Providing treatments, assisting physicians and enhancing public awareness on the importance of health, and prescribing medications.
