About The Position

RestorixHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time Wound Care Nurse position. The mission of RestorixHealth is to restore health and improve the quality of life. The Wound Care Nurse will utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. This role involves working collaboratively with other disciplines and providing routine care for the sick or injured in conjunction with Registered Nurses. Requirements

Valid LPN nursing license required
Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train)
Experience with billing and coding preferred

Responsibilities

Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice
Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames
Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately
Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcome
