About The Position

Wound Care Advantage is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for their Wound Care Program at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. This part-time position offers a schedule of Monday, Thursday, and Friday. The role focuses on providing effective and personalized patient care, including patient safety, physical assessments, clinical documentation, treatment plans, communication with staff, outcome tracking, and patient education. The LVN will collaborate with providers to develop and evaluate care plans, demonstrating professionalism and leadership while adhering to program policies.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice as an LVN
• At least one year of LVN experience
• Must maintain current provider CPR certification throughout employment
• New grads welcome to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Wound Care is a plus (but not required)
• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and personalized patient care.
• Ensure patient safety.
