About The Position
A well-established hospital near Augusta, GA is seeking a full-time, permanent Wound Care Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, day shifts, in an Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. The Wound Care Coordinator will oversee wound care services and collaborate with other departments to develop and guide treatments. They will also provide education for staff on wound care topics, as well as for patients and their family members and caretakers.
Requirements
- Must have an active GA or compact state RN License
- 1+ years of experience as a wound care registered nurse is required
- Must be willing to obtain continuous wound care education through seminars, joining professional organizations, or related
Responsibilities
