About The Position
The Worship Coordinator assists the Campus Pastor in cultivating a life-giving, passionate, and skillful culture of worship at Church of the Highlands through the spiritual, musical, and technical leadership at the Sylacauga Campus. The Worship Coordinator oversees all areas of worship leadership for services at the campus as well as the leadership of Highlands Dream Team. The Worship Coordinator assists in the oversight of equipment and teams at the Sylacauga campus, contributes to broader weekly operational campus support, and assists with all campus worship responsibilities.
