About The Position

The Worship Associate at the North Platte Campus is responsible for facilitating worship, building a strong and unified worship and tech team, and cultivating an excellent and authentic worship culture. This role involves scheduling worship and tech teams, managing service details in Planning Center, and coordinating production needs such as ProPresenter, lighting, stage, and audio with support from central Creative Arts staffing. The associate will also lead rehearsals, provide spiritual guidance to the team, and foster a culture of recruitment to find and retain capable worship leaders and musicians. Additionally, the role includes building pastoral relationships with team members, guiding them towards musical excellence, and leading improvement efforts within the team. Administrative duties involve active participation in team communication, oversight of the Creative Budget for the North Platte Campus, and potentially pastoral care for the worship and tech teams, focusing on fostering care, support, and relationships.

Nice To Haves

2 years of on stage worship leadership is desired.
Knowledge of ProPresenter, audio and lighting systems preferred.
Multi-instrumental proficiency is desired.
Able to demonstrate proficiency on (or shows aptitude to learn) ProPresenter 7, MultiTracks.com/Playback iPad app, Jands Vista V3, Midas M32, Panasonic AW-HS50N, P-16s.

Responsibilities

Schedule worship and tech teams for Sunday morning worship services.
Manage details on Planning Center for Sunday morning worship services.
Lead efforts to set up production needs for the campus (e.g., ProPresenter, Lighting, Stage, Audio).
Lead midweek and Sunday morning rehearsals for worship services.
Lead devotional / communion time for teams as needed.
Lead a recruitment culture to locate, recruit, and retain capable worship leaders & musicians.
Foster strong pastoral relationships with team members.
Guide the team to musical excellence and lead improvement efforts.
Active and participating in team culture and conversations via Slack and other communication avenues.
Oversight of Creative Budget for North Platte Campus in conjunction with Creative Arts and Tech Director.
Be a pastor to worship and tech teams, fostering care, support, and building relationships.
Champion the team.
