The Worldwide Sales Leader – Partner Development serves as the senior-most sales and business leader for the HP (Hewlett-Packard) and HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) partnerships globally, with full accountability for business performance and partnership impact. This role leads a team of regional sales leaders (manager of managers) and acts as the single point of accountability for global strategy, execution, and results. In this role, you will be accountable for global revenue growth, market share, and overall business performance across strategic partnerships. The scope spans the full device lifecycle and partner ecosystem, shaping joint strategy, influencing portfolio and investment decisions, and accelerating adoption of Windows devices, Server, Azure Local, and AI-powered experiences. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, the role drives integrated global planning, forecasting rigor, and cross-functional execution—mobilizing teams across product, marketing, finance, and sales to deliver sustained results. In this role, you will have executive presence, the ability to influence at the highest levels of Microsoft and partner organizations, and the capability to scale impact through regional leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide.
