About The Position

This is a blended Teaching and Department Head position within the World Language Department at Middletown Public Schools. The selected candidate will be responsible for both teaching 3-4 classes and fulfilling Department Head duties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Five years’ experience as a teacher.
• Connecticut State teaching certificate with the World Language - Spanish (Endorsement 023).
• Connecticut State Intermediate Administration and Supervision certification (092).

Responsibilities

• Teach 3-4 classes.
• Perform Department Head responsibilities.

Benefits

• Additional Compensation: $5,444 Stipend per the MFT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
• Salary and Benefits: Per MFT Contract
