About The Position

As a Worksite Representative, you’ll play a vital role as a primary point of contact for policyholders. You’ll help deliver a positive customer experience by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through policy and claims-related processes with empathy, professionalism, and confidence. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, learning new systems, and thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
  • Experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance products and policy schedules is a plus
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • High attention to detail with solid organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
  • Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Support policyholders by providing accurate and easy-to-understand insurance product and policy information
  • Respond to inbound calls and assist with claims intake, claims service, and general policy inquiries
  • Provide detailed updates on policy status and coverage
  • Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service tools
  • Identify opportunities to transfer calls to the sales team to help increase APV revenue
  • Handle claim intake efficiently while maintaining accuracy and empathy
  • Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including quality, average handle time, after-call work, and other KPIs
  • Demonstrate organizational values, including Personal Connection, Empathy, Problem-Solving, and Ownership
  • Support process improvements and provide constructive feedback to leadership
  • Remain flexible and assist with other duties as business needs evolve
