About The Position
Optavise helps licensed agents grow their business with competitive commissions, industry-leading training, CRM tools, and residual income opportunities. This role offers vesting potential (50% after 2 years, 100% after 5 years) and the opportunity to grow income by building a team. You will provide financial protection solutions to individuals in multiple worksite verticals, build lasting client relationships as a trusted benefits expert, and use technology and CRM tools to work efficiently.
Requirements
- Holds an active life/health insurance license in the state of position
- Wants to grow beyond one-time commissions
- Is motivated to build a lasting business and financial future
- Applicants must reside in and hold a valid life/health insurance license for the state of position
