Requirements

Trade-qualified
Extensive heavy vehicle maintenance experience
Passion for leading teams
Safety-focused people leader
Experience leading and supervising a fleet or equipment workshop
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and compliance
Strong planning, budgeting, and administrative skills
Confidence using computer-based systems
Trade qualification and background in heavy vehicle maintenance
Current HR Licence (essential)

Nice To Haves

Experience in the waste management, transport, logistics, or a similar heavy industry environment (highly regarded)
HC and Forklift Licences (desirable)
