About The Position

The Dream Opportunity is seeking a school-facing and student-facing professional to support implementation of its college and career exploration platform and programming at partner schools. The role involves facilitating structured sessions and career and college exploration activities for students, helping students and educators use the platform, and supporting teachers and counselors as they incorporate it into existing programming. The position supports in-person and virtual school activities and works closely with students, educators, school staff, and internal product and education teams. The facilitator observes student engagement, gathers feedback, and communicates implementation insights to help improve the platform and ensure schools receive a consistent, engaging, high-quality experience.

Requirements

• Experience working with middle or high school students.
• Comfort facilitating a classroom or group of students.
• Clear, confident communication with students and adults.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with young people.
• Comfort learning and demonstrating technology and explaining it in an approachable way.
• Highly organized, dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to observe student behavior and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
• Comfort adapting to unexpected changes in classroom or school environments.
• Enjoys collaborating with teachers, counselors, administrators, and internal teams.
• Passion for expanding access to college and career opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in teaching, counseling, youth programming, college and career readiness, school implementation, EdTech, instructional technology, student success, or education program management.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the college and career exploration platform at partner schools.
• Facilitate engaging sessions and structured career and college exploration activities for high school students.
• Help students navigate and use the platform successfully.
• Train teachers, counselors, administrators, and other school staff to use the platform.
• Help educators incorporate the platform into existing college and career readiness programming.
• Observe student engagement and identify confusion, disengagement, or needs for additional support.
• Gather structured feedback from students and educators.
• Communicate observations and implementation feedback to product and education teams.
• Support in-person and virtual school programming.
• Build positive relationships with students, teachers, counselors, and school administrators.
• Help ensure each school receives a consistent, engaging, and high-quality experience.
