Requirements

Two years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, and/or functional department support required, preferably in a financial institution.
Financial institution experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage assigned workplace programs including Coffee and Food Service, Parking Management, Space Planning, and Clean Buildings Act compliance coordination.
Develop program standards, service expectations, stakeholder communications and coordination, vendor oversight practices, and documentation.
Create and maintain professional documentation including procedures, standards, presentations, reports, business cases, communications, and operational playbooks.
