About The Position

The Workplace Ambassador is responsible for supporting the delivery of a welcoming, engaging, and hospitality-focused workplace experience. Reporting to the Workplace Services Lead, this role serves as a visible onsite presence, helping to ensure employees receive exceptional service and support throughout their workplace journey. The Workplace Ambassador partners with the Workplace Services Lead to maintain workplace standards, support employee engagement initiatives, oversee pantry, hospitality, and switchboard services, and promote a positive and productive office environment. This role is highly service-oriented and plays an important part in fostering an inclusive, professional, and employee-centric workplace experience.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly punctual, responsible, and reliable
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
Maintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility both within and outside one’s job domain
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Must be able to lift 50- 100 Lbs. comfortably and safely

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of workplace experience programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Serve as a visible and approachable onsite resource for employees.
Assist with employee workplace orientations, and office tours.
Support employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and workplace activations.
Promote a hospitality-first culture by providing responsive and professional support.
Support workplace communications and initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
Develop an understanding of business and employee needs to help create a workplace environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and wellbeing.
