About The Position

The Workplace Experience Ambassador delivers an exceptional employee and guest experience through proactive engagement, hospitality-focused service, and operational excellence. This onsite role serves as the primary coordinator for campus training room operations and Meeting & Training Room software support, ensuring seamless scheduling, readiness, and user experience across workplace spaces and events. The Ambassador partners closely with workplace teams, service providers, and stakeholders to maintain consistent service delivery, strengthen workplace programming, and support a welcoming, high-performing environment aligned with JLL and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • One to three years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, facilities, property management, operations, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, training rooms, or workplace operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accountability, and process management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting conference centers, campus environments, or workplace experience programs.
  • Familiarity with meeting room scheduling or event management software platforms.
  • Knowledge of workplace hospitality standards and employee experience best practices.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Ability to support operational reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience handling event readiness, stakeholder coordination, and workplace communications.
  • Adaptability to new technologies, changing priorities, and evolving workplace needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Meeting & Training Room software support, troubleshooting coordination, scheduling guidance, and best practices.
  • Coordinate campus training room operations including room readiness, scheduling accuracy, conflict resolution, and user support.
  • Support workplace events through readiness checks, walkthroughs, vendor coordination, and event execution support.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, guests, administrators, and key stakeholders to deliver a consistent hospitality-driven experience.
  • Respond to workplace inquiries, service requests, and operational issues with proactive follow-through and clear communication.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of conference centers and workplace spaces to ensure cleanliness, stocking, operational readiness, and compliance with service standards.
  • Collaborate with Experience Services, Facilities Management, Engineering, food service, audio visual vendors, and other partners to improve workplace operations and service delivery.
