The Industrial Relations Team provides strategic advice to the Department of Health in Tasmania regarding its workforce. This role involves providing high-level consultancy services to HR Managers, senior management, and other stakeholders on industrial and employee relations matters. The position will contribute to the development and maintenance of industrial relations policies and practices, including negotiation of industrial agreements and award maintenance. It also involves managing complex employee relations issues, complaints, grievances, and disputes, and liaising with various government departments.
