In-person & Virtual Independent contractor What we do At TELUS Health we support the mental, physical and financial health of organizations and individuals around globe. By offering training programs to organizations, we can support employees and leaders in developing the skills they need to help drive behavior change, achieve organizational goals, and foster a culture of learning. How you will make an impact: As a seminar and workshop facilitator you will be responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients. You will also actively manage the learning environment and share your subject matter expertise and experience with client participants. Topics include change management, stress management, resiliency, respect, professionalism and difficult behaviors (material is already prepared): Seminars: One hour awareness building sessions. Workshops: Half- and full- day interactive, skill-building sessions most often focused on changing workplace behavior.

Requirements

A postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years experience in delivering instructor–led training in an applied workplace setting.
Practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings.
Superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills.
Ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, including special needs.
Ability to facilitate employer-focused education on leadership development, mental health, financial wellbeing, and/or diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Proven experience as a contractor facilitator delivering these topics globally is required.
Ability to travel within and surrounding San Francisco Bay area.

Responsibilities

Delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients.
Actively managing the learning environment.
Sharing subject matter expertise and experience with client participants.
Representing the TELUS Health brand.
Delivering dynamic and psychologically safe education experiences for both virtual and in-person instructional-led deliveries.
Occasionally supporting development, design, and testing of educational products.
