Orchard is looking for a Workplace Experience Associate to own the day-to-day operations of our New York City office and support HR programs and processes across the company. You’ll be responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly and fostering a sense of community within our NYC team. More broadly, you’ll work closely with the HR team to support the entire employee lifecycle, touching onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, HRIS management, and planning team events. The ideal candidate will be looking to gain broad exposure to various disciplines within HR and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office role based in NYC that reports to the Manager, People Operations.
