Requirements

• Strong knowledge of endpoint environments, computer hardware, Windows, and Linux systems.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools and videoconferencing solutions.
• Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong documentation and procedure formalization skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain workstation master images to ensure standardization and reliability of user environments.
• Package applications and software for mass or on-demand deployment through SCCM and/or MDM solutions.
• Ensure the monitoring of security patches and operating system updates across endpoints.
• Administer SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions for IT asset management.
• Develop and promote the use of collaborative tools, including Microsoft 365 and videoconferencing solutions.
• Handle Level 2 (N2) incidents and ensure timely resolution in line with service expectations.
• Contribute to problem management through the analysis of recurring incidents and root cause identification.
• Support and assist Level 1 (N1) support technicians.
