Crusoe is seeking an organized, proactive, and execution-driven Workplace Design & Construction Project Manager to oversee workplace design and construction projects across its expanding global portfolio. This role involves managing projects from the initial planning and scoping phases through design, construction, occupancy, and final closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project schedules, managing budgets, coordinating designs, overseeing vendor performance, and managing cross-functional workstreams. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all projects align with Crusoe’s established workplace standards, meet operational requirements, and contribute positively to the employee experience. The scope of projects may include new office buildouts, expansions, relocations, renovations, space reconfigurations, workplace refreshes, and furniture installations. The Project Manager will lead assigned projects independently, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, consultants, landlords, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Additionally, this role will partner with teams managing Crusoe’s colocation, data center, and manufacturing sites, offering workplace planning and design expertise for the office and employee-focused areas within these facilities. This includes contributions to programming, space planning, workplace standards, employee experience initiatives, and FF&E procurement, even though the overall project remains under the purview of the respective business or project team.
