About The Position

This is a B2B sales and business development role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping clients rethink how their space supports their people. At Working Spaces, the organization helps clients align their workplace with their culture, goals, and how their teams actually work, rather than just selling furniture. The role involves building a book of business, fostering relationships with A&D, CRE, and end-users, consistent prospecting, leading the client experience, guiding clients through budgeting, design, and long-term workplace strategy, managing projects from initial contact to installation, and owning client relationships through collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable building relationships from scratch
  • Equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and creative problem solver
  • Strong communicator who can manage a long, sometimes unpredictable sales cycle
  • Mindset, work ethic, and the ability to build trust
