About The Position

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a motivated Working Supervisor for their Fremont, OH location. This is a full-time, 2nd shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM) position. The role involves leading daily operations, supporting team members, and maintaining high-quality service standards. It is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise operations while also assisting with cleaning and daily site responsibilities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites
• Work alongside team members to ensure quality service delivery
• Train, coach, and motivate employees
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Monitor labor hours and maintain efficiency
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Conduct daily team huddles and communicate updates clearly
• Identify employees ready for advancement
• Help improve processes and overall team performance
