About The Position
ALEMI is a Zurich-based handbag brand with the vision to redefine business bags for women. We create elegant, timeless handbags that unite minimalist aesthetics with smart functionality. Each piece is handcrafted in a family-owned atelier in Italy, under fair working conditions, using premium Italian leather that is made to last. Our values are rooted in quality, transparency, and empowerment — not only through our products but also in how we work as a team. Founded in 2020, ALEMI has grown into a dedicated team of 15+ people, united by one mission: to empower women in their everyday lives with bags that support both confidence and individuality.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Communications, Media – or something that makes sense for the role)
- Curious, hands-on, and comfortable with not having a fixed playbook every day
- Analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented work approach who can manage multiple small tasks without losing the thread
- Interest in digital marketing, but also in the tangible side – events, products, people
- Strong German and English skills (we work in both daily)
- An eye for detail and quality – you notice when something looks off or reads wrong
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Canva. But willingness to learn matters more than a tool checklist.
Responsibilities
- Support our online shop (Shopify): product updates, content adjustments, keeping things clean and current
- Help plan and execute email campaigns and newsletter sends (Klaviyo), including segmentation and performance analysis
- Assist with Meta ad coordination – briefing support, copy drafts, basic performance tracking
- Help organize brand events and cooperations – from planning to on-site support
- Contribute to influencer and gifting coordination alongside our Social Media Manager
- Create reports and analyses to evaluate what's working and where we can improve
- Support general marketing activities – whatever needs to happen that week, you help make it happen
