About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Business Development – Sales & Expansion team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our international growth by helping to establish new partnerships and expand into new markets. By connecting with radiology centers, clinics, and other potential partners, you’ll help ensure that our AI solutions reach the people who need them most - directly contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes through earlier detection.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - ideally in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills: you know how to spark interest and create meaningful conversations, whether via email, phone, or in person.
  • A positive and energetic mindset: your enthusiasm motivates both prospects and teammates.
  • A goal-driven attitude: you’re motivated to exceed expectations and celebrate achievements.
  • Native-level language skills in German and strong proficiency in English.
  • A hands-on mentality and readiness to take ownership within a fast-paced, dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and personalized communication.
  • Engage potential partners via professional outbound calls and emails - with the goal of building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Qualify leads and forward high-potential opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
  • Effectively communicate Floy’s value proposition, showcasing the impact of our products and services on patient care and radiology workflows.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and execute market-entry strategies for different countries.
  • Support marketing initiatives by following up on leads generated through campaigns, conferences, and industry events.
