Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced Working Lead to support daily manufacturing operations. This role combines hands-on production responsibilities with leadership duties, including training, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met. Requirements

General knowledge of Lean principles, Job Relations, and Job Instructions concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
English required
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience guiding technicians
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including with Engineering teams
Experience planning and coordinating training schedules with supervisors
Flexible and willing to work extended hours as needed

Nice To Haves

Spanish or Vietnamese a plus

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a Job Matrix to assess and track team skill levels
Break down job processes to capture knowledge required for effective training
Train, develop, and evaluate technicians to improve quality and efficiency
Support Product Development by learning new styles and transferring knowledge to the production team
Lead daily team activities, including work assignments and scheduling
Approve and plan daily staff hours
Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to ensure timely completion and delivery of finished goods
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with federal and company regulations
Maintain 5S standards within assigned zones
Provide hands-on production support when not leading or training staff
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
