Working Janitorial Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated leader to join our team as a Working Janitorial Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise and support the daily activities of the janitorial team, performing cleaning duties alongside them as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring all assigned areas meet company quality and safety standards, training and mentoring employees on proper cleaning procedures and equipment use, and operating and maintaining commercial cleaning equipment. Additionally, you will monitor inventory, report supply needs, and communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations. Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a drug screen.
- 90-day probationary period.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience operating commercial cleaning machines/equipment is required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
