Responsibilities

• Accomplishes sanitation staff results by communicating job expectations; initiating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Protects employees and visitors by maintaining a safe and clean building.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established polices and procedures.
• Maintains work flow by monitoring steps in the process; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
• Maintains sanitation supplies inventory by researching supply quantities, determining inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies.
• Performs sanitation tasks by working with staff in all areas; general cleaning and sanitation responsibilities.
• Oversee cleaning chemical program and inventory.
• Oversee housekeeping inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
