This role is a handsâon field leader responsible for performing and leading miscellaneous carpentry work across active job sites. The foreman is expected to selfâperform work while coordinating a small crew as needed, adapting daily to jobsite priorities and project conditions. Ideal candidates are versatile carpenters with strong leadership instincts who can execute a wide range of scopes, including safety protection, doors/frames/hardware, blocking, punch list, light demo, and general jobsite support, while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity and coordinating closely with the Superintendent.

Responsibilities

Performing and leading miscellaneous carpentry work across active job sites
Selfâperform work while coordinating a small crew as needed
Adapting daily to jobsite priorities and project conditions
Executing a wide range of scopes, including safety protection, doors/frames/hardware, blocking, punch list, light demo, and general jobsite support
Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinating closely with the Superintendent
