Working Detail Manager

We are looking for a Working Detail Manager to lead and elevate our detail department while continuing to build a strong, reliable team. What This Role Is: This is a hands on leadership position. You will be working alongside the team, detailing vehicles while also managing workflow, quality, and accountability. This is not a sit behind a desk job.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example
- Proven ability to stay organized and follow through
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Leadership mindset-someone who takes ownership
- Automotive detailing experience preferred
- Experience managing or leading a team is a plus
Responsibilities
- Preform vehicle detailing (interior & exterior) to dealership standards
- Lead daily operations of the detail department
- Manage workflow for used car recon and new car make-ready
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality and delivery standards
- Train and mentor team members
- Help recruit and build a strong and dependable team
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the department
- Communicate clearly with Sales and Service Teams
