About The Position
Poage Ford is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Detailer. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the appearance and quality of the vehicles on our lot, ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards before reaching our customers.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently and pay close attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
- Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, and polish vehicles as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
- Maintain and organize detailing supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for sales or delivery schedules.
- Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.
