Requirements
- At least 8 years of combined experience in the following:
- Experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in a management consulting or in-industry context
- Experience redesigning roles and operating models in the context of large-scale technology or AI-driven transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading change programs for major enterprise transformations at the C-suite and VP level
- Deep knowledge of Life Sciences talent and workforce dynamics including functional capabilities, operating models, and organizational structures
- Experience engaging CHRO-level stakeholders on people strategy and organizational change
Nice To Haves
- MBA or advanced degree in organizational psychology, HR, or a related discipline
- Experience designing human + AI operating models and role taxonomies for agentic AI environments
- Track record developing workforce transformation thought leadership or capability frameworks
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) applied at enterprise scale
- Experience operating across multiple Life Sciences sub-sectors (large pharma, emerging biotech, CROs)
Responsibilities
- Lead the people change agenda across the enterprise transformation — defining how roles, capabilities, and ways of working must evolve as AI takes over tasks
- Define and own the workforce transition strategy aligned to the process and technology reinvention roadmap
- Oversee role redesign and capability development in alignment with process blueprint and technology changes
- Partner with the Portfolio Strategy & Value Lead on workforce investment decisions, sequencing, and organizational readiness
- Engage C-suite HR and talent leaders (CHRO and leadership team) to build alignment on the workforce reinvention strategy
- Develop the enterprise workforce narrative for internal and external communications about the transformation
