Workforce & Change Consultant/Manager - Life Sciences
About The Position
Accenture's Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice leads AI-driven enterprise transformation at the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. We deploy the Reinvention Force: a human + AI team of Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators that makes reinvention real at enterprise scale. The Workforce & Change Consultant supports workforce design and change management delivery across the pod. This role conducts stakeholder assessments, develops change materials, tracks adoption, and ensures the organization is ready and able to adopt new ways of working.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of combined experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in a consulting or in-industry context
- Demonstrated experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment
- Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
- Strong written communication skills for developing clear, audience-appropriate change materials
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting AI-augmented workforce transitions — helping employees adopt AI-enabled workflows
- Background in Life Sciences functional change programs (commercial launch, enterprise transformation, or manufacturing modernization)
- Familiarity with employee sentiment measurement tools and adoption analytics platforms
- Experience working alongside process design and technology teams in agile delivery environments
Responsibilities
- Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys
- Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences
- Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery
