Under the general guidelines of a direct supervisor: Implements services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a group setting to include leisure, vocational, pre-vocational, and daily living skills. Completes assessments, implements programs based on assessed needs. Completes all documentation to include but not limited to data on objectives, attendance reports, individual and weekly payroll reports. Provides training in self-help skills to consumers and serve as coverage staff in the residential units. Offer guidance to Direct Support Professionals in the care, and training of individuals with intellectual disabilities and special needs. Ensures health, safety and accountability of individuals with disabilities. Adheres to OIDD written rules, regulations, and policies. Performs additional duties as assigned. This position is eligible for up to $3.50/hour shift differential for applicable shifts! The positions for this posting are located at Coastal Regional Center, an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID) of BHDD-OIDD located in Summerville, SC serving residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
