About The Position

This position is essential for coordinating and delivering analytical support to various assignments, particularly those focused on enhancing operational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce enablement. The role is closely involved in initiatives led by the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), including those tied to the veteran donation program. The analyst collaborates with business leaders, CAO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to research, analyze, implement, and monitor products, services, and internal programs. By translating data and research findings into actionable insights, the analyst supports effective execution and decision-making. Additionally, the role offers expertise and leadership throughout the development, implementation, and post-implementation review of major initiatives. As both a technical expert and project leader, the analyst plays a key part in developing and instilling major projects and programs. They interface with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule, aligning outcomes with user needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Extensive level of knowledge of assigned project area
  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
