Workforce Operations Manager
About The Position
We are looking for a Workforce Operations Manager in Muncie, IN to lead the recruitment of top talent and manage staffing operations within our enhanced MSP platform. Reporting to the IWS Director, you will be responsible for employee engagement, recruiting talent for manufacturing and logistics positions, ensuring that labor management goals, and forecasted headcount targets are exceeded. This role involves managing requisitions, order fulfillment, and onboarding employees, qualifying and placing candidates, coordinating orientation, conducting background checks and drug screenings, and assisting with payroll and billing. You will also assist in employee terminations, serve as a contact for hiring managers and client HR, and collaborate with client managers to address recruiting and retention challenges. Additionally, you will evaluate and refine recruiting strategies, assist with coaching and counseling staff, and support employee relations investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience to include Staffing, Recruiting, and/or Client Relationship role
- Working knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

- Previous on-site staffing experience where you have managed agencies and the recruitment process
Responsibilities
- Manage requisitions, order fulfillment and onboarding employees.

- Support IWO Operations Manager with employee relations investigations, providing necessary support and documentation.
