About The Position

The Workforce Management System (WMS) Clerical Specialist is responsible for activities in the WMS including retail, E-commerce and replenishment waves for the distribution center. They work with the Production Control Manager, building supervisors and coordinators to ensure proper flow throughout the shift. They provide fixes for wave and replenishment issues and create the workflow for the building each day. This role has a direct impact on almost all aspects of the building each day. They ensure that staffing and workflow maintain an expected pace and that Transformation Management System (TMS) plans are executed. Requirements

• Able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of logistics, operations, or inventory experience
• 2 years of technical experience in computers
• Forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
• Performs waving functions based on the needs of the business.
• Monitors and directs tasks based on the replenishment waves.
• Works with the route to market team to execute TMS plans.
• Triages and fixes issues related to waving, replenishment and chase waves.
• Communicates with the operations team to ensure the building flow meets the needs of the business.
• Monitors and directs tasks based on the chase waves.
• Communicates with building operations teams and the corporate distribution operations teams.
