Responsible for handling staff callouts, coordination and allocation of staff resources on a day-to-day basis to ensure all PSC and IOPs are staffed appropriately. This role involves importing optimal schedules into systems, assigning employees to locations/shifts, managing daily absences, and coordinating float coverage. The scheduler also codes employee absences, tracks attendance trends, and ensures breaks, lunches, and training times are correctly entered. Additionally, this position collaborates with supervisors to minimize overtime, updates clients on staffing changes, and monitors patient wait times to adjust staffing as needed.
