Join us and be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in our community.The Role Provides strategic and technical leadership for Human Resources technology solutions, with a focus on workforce management systems, reporting, analytics, and related business processes. Responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, integration, security, and support of Workforce Management/Time and Attendance systems (UKG/Kronos), SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central, and other HR technology platforms. Acts as the primary technical advisor and subject matter expert for workforce management technology solutions including the relationship with related HR system modules and processes impacting employee data and pay. Leads system enhancement initiatives, business process improvements, data governance, reporting and analytics programs, and technology projects that support Human Resources, including Payroll, Labour Relations, Benefits, and operational departments.
