The Workforce Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ACCIONA's workforce development programs for infrastructure projects. This role involves building sustainable talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with workforce organizations, training institutions, community stakeholders, and universities, while also supporting early career recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. The position is crucial for meeting project workforce needs by developing local hiring, training, apprenticeship, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and workforce inclusion initiatives that align with contractual commitments and project staffing requirements. The manager will collaborate with project leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and external partners to enhance workforce capacity, promote career pathways, and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified talent. Additionally, the role will support workforce participation and DBE-related initiatives to help projects meet owner requirements, improve community engagement, and maximize opportunities for local and underrepresented populations.
