This position supports the Crisis Lines Workforce Development (WFD) Program including recruitment and retention, scheduling volunteers, and providing direct supervision to interns. The Workforce Development program at Lines for Life provides an opportunity for volunteers to have a real impact as they support individuals in crisis, and aligns with the agency’s goals of de-stigmatizing mental health and providing community education. This role includes both administrative and clinical tasks to support the overall functioning of the WFD program and ensure that program participants are well supported and that programmatic goals are met.
