The Workforce Coordinator is accountable for managing the operations schedule for studio employees, ensuring all employees are properly documented and supporting the Studio Leadership in all workforce administration issues. This role involves preparing monthly work schedules, managing employee rotations, processing time off and shift exchange requests, administering uniform distribution, and ensuring accurate payroll coding. The coordinator will also update schedules with training sessions and events, analyze feedback for improvements, and prepare workforce management reports. Other duties as assigned by management are also part of the scope.
