It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to agency owners and executives by helping them solve one of their biggest business challenges—finding, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. You'll build meaningful relationships, uncover workforce development opportunities, demonstrate innovative training solutions, and help agencies strengthen their businesses while driving recurring revenue growth for InsurAcademy. Requirements

3+ years of business development, sales, account management, or client relationship experience
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Nice To Haves

Insurance industry experience
Experience working with independent insurance agencies
Knowledge of agency operations, recruiting, onboarding, or professional development
HubSpot experience
Passion for helping businesses solve workforce challenges

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns
Build relationships with agency owners, managers, and emerging leaders
Identify workforce development, recruiting, onboarding, and retention challenges
Present InsurAcademy's workforce development solutions
Generate qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities
Achieve recurring revenue and agency growth goals
Manage all prospect and customer activity within HubSpot CRM
Follow up on leads generated through webinars, conferences, referrals, free courses, marketing campaigns, and partner state associations
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach
Track key performance metrics including meetings, proposals, opportunities, and closed business
