Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or production planning
• Experience with WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Suite)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and collaborate effectively
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable

Nice To Haves

• An associate’s degree or college coursework
• Experience with JDA WMS
• A solid understanding of warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency
• Allocate inventory for outbound shipments while balancing availability
• Tackle stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions head-on
• Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments
• Be the bridge between teams, keeping leadership in the loop and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everything stays on track
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
